Public exhibition - April 25

Since our public exhibition in January where we presented our preliminary plans for the project, we have been refining and improving the preliminary design, which would continue to sit sensitively within the existing landscape whilst maximising the battery energy storage potential.

We are now bringing forward a revised scheme and recently a public exhibition in the local area to enable people to find out more and provide us with their views.

Commenting on the proposal

The public exhibition initiates a consultation period being run by RES to gather comments on the proposal. To participate, please provide feedback on the design by Saturday 17 May 2025. Comments will still be accepted after this date but may not be considered in relation to the design development.

Forms may also be downloaded here and submitted via email to Carey.Green@res-group.com. Hard copies can be sent by post to RES, Willowbank Business Park, Millbrook, Larne, Co. Antrim, BT40 2SF.

Please note that comments submitted to RES at this time are not representations to the determining authority (Mid and East Antrim Borough Council). There will be an opportunity to submit representations to the determining authority should an application be made
