Public exhibition - April 25
Since our public exhibition in January where we presented our preliminary plans for the project, we have been refining and improving the preliminary design, which would continue to sit sensitively within the existing landscape whilst maximising the battery energy storage potential. We are now bringing forward a revised scheme and recently a public exhibition in the local area to enable people to find out more and provide us with their views.
The public exhibition initiated a consultation period being run by RES to gather comments on the proposal. The closing date for comments was Saturday 17 May 2025. Comments will still be accepted after this date but may not be considered in relation to the design development. Please contact us for more information.
Please note that comments submitted to RES at this time are not representations to the determining authority (Mid and East Antrim Borough Council). There will be an opportunity to submit representations to the determining authority should an application be made
All information provided at the public exhibition is available to view below.
